May Is Mental Health Awareness Month: Break The Stigma

If you haven’t yet, take some time to recharge yourself, mentally. Check on your loved ones. If you have someone in your life who you feel as if they need a little extra attention or a reminder that you are there for them whenever they need it, let em know. Whether the signs are more apparent or not that they may need someone, let them know you are there, because some of us like to seem like we have it all together, but none of us do.
